We have given the pups (temporary) names from Beatles songs..no need for coloured collars any more as they are so distinct & individual that we know them all by sight.
They are 6 weeks old now & fully weaned – much to Juno’s relief. No more sharp teeth & claws to contend with whilst nursing!Martha chomping on a string- handled bag
See if you can spot him at the back of the teatime photo!!
This is Eleanor. She’s a stunner with honey highlights in her thick fleecy coat. She is also a gentle, happy girl who just loves a cuddle!
The puppies are growing apace and their coats are becoming more doodly as each day goes by! Some already have masses of crinkles and curls, some more gentle waves, a couple look smoother but in time will develop their own distinct doodle look – complete with whiskers & beards!
Legs? Testing, testing, 1,2,3….
The Milky Bar Kids!
Hey everyone! It’s been full on in the puppy nursery. On Tuesday the pups will be three weeks old – they are very funny with their plump tummies & wobbly legs! Mum, Juno, is on good form and big sister Roxy, is helping out by giving them all a thorough face washing every day!
All the puppies are feeding well, healthy and thriving. Juno is being a very attentive Mummy, but enjoyed a 20 minute break for some fresh air on the seafront with her 18 month old daughter, Roxy.
Looking forward to a little more sleep tonight as the puppies become more settled!
